  Ktunaxa Nation; Federal - Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Transport Canada; Provincial Government - Ministries of Agriculture and Lands, Community and Rural Development, Energy Mines and Petroleum Resources, Environment, Forests and Range, Health Services, Tourism Culture and Arts, Transportation and Infrastructure; Municipal Government -  District of Elkford, District of Sparwood, City of Fernie, RDEK Reps from Area A and B
• Industry: Mining (Teck), Forestry (Tembec), Coal Bed Methane (BP/Apache & Stormcat/Encanna), Gravel Mining, Real Estate Developments, Golf Courses, RCR, Ranching,  Guides – Fishing, Rafting, Nature-based, Chambers of Commerce
• Community-based groups: Rod and Gun Clubs, Wildsight, Paddling Community
• Other Stakeholders:  Anyone who can impact or is impacted by a decision in the watershed.
